Welcome to Good 2 Great Golf!
Paul Tosca moved to Tucson from Massachusetts in 1977 and while growing up in the Old Pueblo, he played many competitive sports. Although his grandfather (Anthony Russo) tried to introduce the sport of golf to him early on, he chose a different path. Maybe it was destiny, but Paul was drawn back to a sport that seemed to run in his bloodline. His cousin, John Tosca Jr. was the Massachusetts State Amateur Champion in 1959, and again eleven years later in 1970!
Paul, a University of Arizona graduate, has a family with three young boys, two of which are junior golfers! He is passionate about the sport of golf and its traditions, and is bringing his skills to instructing junior golfers and adults of all skill levels. He is an experienced trainer and effective at getting results for his students. Paul is a single digit handicap and plays local competitions.
He is currently a staff instructor at southern Arizona's only Golf Channel Academy location and uses the Trackman IV golf launch monitor and K-Coach technologies to identify how his students cause their particular ball flight. Paul believes the reason for a swing flaw is not always obvious, and he carefully studies his students' swing to identify the root cause. He looks forward to taking an active role in transitioning his students from “Good 2 Great Golfers!”
